Travel news reveals that more good news is in store for fans of Walt Disney World. Disney has just announced that the popular Animal Kingdom restaurant Tusker House will begin service again on June 20. Bookings at the restaurant will open on June 4.
Just in case you’re wondering about pricing options, the dinner, breakfast and lunch menus begin at $35 for adults and top out at $59.99 per adult.
Disney Announces Restaurant Reopening Date
The restaurant is the latest Disney hotspot to reopen to returning guests as part of the resort’s phased reopening agenda.
In case you’re not familiar with Tusker House, it is a table-service restaurant. Disney said on its blog that when it reopens it will offer a family-style breakfast, plus a lunch and dinner menu that is chock full of African-inspired flavors. According to the Disney blog, there are some guidelines to be aware of if you plan to eat at the restaurant.
To dine at the restaurant, you will need a confirmed dining reservation for the total number of guests regardless of age. You will also need a park reservation and valid admission for the same park on that same date for each Guest ages 3 and up.

Additionally, Guests should know that dining reservations do not guarantee access to a park, and Park Hopper availability may change daily.
As well as looking forward to the excellent food, guests will again be in the presence of Donald Duck and his friends and they are outfitted in the latest and greatest safari outfits! While you eat you can snap a photo with Donald Duck as he travels throughout the dining rooms greeting happy Guests.
The restaurant is inspired by the Harambe marketplace. Not only is the food delish, the environment is family-friendly with a variety of family-style offerings favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

How would you like an idea of what you might munch on during your visit? For breakfast there are fan faves like Safari Bread, Mickey and Simba Waffles, and Durban Chicken and Egg Curry with Jasmine Rice.
If you visit at lunch or dinner time you can feast on items such as Moroccan Spiced Beef, Berber Marinated Pork, Spit Roasted Herb Chicken, and Cape Malay Green Curry Shrimp.
Younger travelers may want to opt for more familiar fare such as fruit and yogurt for breakfast and mac and cheese for lunch and dinner—there’s something for everyone!
